David KY Chua is the third-generation successor of Kim Hin Industry Berhad. Growing up in a publicly listed company, he witnessed firsthand the challenges of running a business. At just 15, he realized that going public was not an exit strategy but a stepping stone. This realisation sparked his passion for mastering business management.

Determined to gain real-world expertise, David pursued a degree in business management. However, he soon discovered that university professors lacked hands-on business experience and market-validated knowledge. At 19, he made a bold decision to drop out and attend Tony Robbins' seminars, marking the beginning of his journey in learning from the world’s top mentors—investing over $1 million USD in personal education.

At 21, David began applying these strategies to his family business and saw immediate, measurable results. Inspired by his grandfather’s entrepreneurial spirit, he took the stage to share proven, results-driven business strategies with others.

In 2013, he founded Vertex Mastery, where he has since trained over 20,000 entrepreneurs. His expertise has helped participants in his 3-day live programs generate over RM20 million in direct sales. His flagship program Video Hero has expanded to 8 countries, proving that a true exit strategy is a scalable, self-sustaining business model.

With a decade of experience in business education, David believes there is no single "best" business model — only the right one for each entrepreneur. His Titanium Titans program has helped over 90% of its members double their revenue within a year.

David combines Western structured frameworks with Eastern rapid-growth strategies, making complex business concepts practical for SME owners. In 2023, he launched “Category King”, a positioning strategy course designed to help businesses create sustainable growth and long-term market dominance.
